Pure, raw honey color and flavor is variable depending on the type of flower the nectar was collected from. This, of course, is determined by the bees themselves. We make every effort to honor the decision of the bees by not blending different honeys together. Therefore, the pictures here do not necessarily match the colors of honeys available. They are just a representation of one of the most common.
