We are proud to offer very fine local honey in several different sizes. This honey has not been filtered or heated (with the exception of the Cremed Honey). The honey is available directly from the apiary and also can be purchased at Carrboro Family Pharmacy in the Carrboro Plaza Shopping Center.

Cremed Honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization. Cremed Honey contains a large number of very small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. The processing also produces a honey with a smooth spreadable consistency, similar to peanut butter. Cremed Honey is available in plain, dark chocolate and cinnamon flavors. |

Cremed HoneyPure, raw honey color and flavor is variable depending on the type of flower the nectar was collected from. This, of course, is determined by the bees themselves. We make every effort to honor the decision of the bees by not blending different honeys together. Therefore, the pictures here do not necessarily match the colors of honeys available. They are just a representation of one of the most common.
A note about online sales
While we encourage everyone to purchase their hive products from local beekeepers, we can fill online orders (US only) billed through PayPal. Just use the contact us form to send us your name, shipping address, email address and quantities/sizes of your order. We will send you a PayPal invoice which will include shipping fees and a small handling fee which covers processing fees charged by PayPal. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
